as they are required with the wild cam. As for lifters, I have reused stock lifters with these cams before on other builds, with no issues. That is the whole reason I decided to go with these over the solid race cam that cannot use hydraulic lifters. I suppose it is very possible that some of this batch were just not up to the task. They are not rebuilt though. I definitely took a gamble there, which I knew, but worst case I will tear into it one more time and get them taken care of properly. Maybe I will see if a quart of ATF will flush any gunk out of them, or help them prime just a bit better before I tear into it and install another set.
